Dear Mr. Genachowski:
I am writing you in regards to the above docket entry. I am
currently incarcerated at the Massachusetts State prison in
Norfolk. I would very much like to see fair hearing be held in
regards to the amount we are charged and the quality of our service.
In today's telecommunications, technology is better and cheaper.
That is not the case for incarcerated people. We get antiquated
systems at a higher rate.
In closing, I ask that your commision take a hard look at
what is being charged to people who are helpless. I might be
guilty of a crime, but why should our family and friends suffer.
