THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Defendants’ motion to compel arbitration and stay this proceeding; for the reasons set forth in the accompanying opinion; and for good cause shown; IT IS on this 11th day of February 2016, hereby, ORDERED that Defendants’ motion to compel arbitration is GRANTED as to Plaintiff Crystal Gibson and that the action as to Ms. Gibson is stayed pending conclusion of the arbitration; and it is further ORDERED that Defendants’ motion to compel arbitration and stay this proceeding is DENIED as to the remaining Plaintiffs. /s/ William J.
