On August 15, 2007, counsel for TCG Public Communications, Inc. responded to the staff data request by informing the Commission staff that the information being sought was in the control of Evercom Systems, Inc., a client represented by this firm. Following discussions with staff, Evercom Systems, Inc. agreed to respond informally to the staff data request. Thus, attached please find Evercom's CONFIDENTIAL responses to staffs data request. The enclosed responses constitute proprietary confidential business information of Evercom within the meaning of Section 364.183(1), Florida Statutes, and rule 25-22.06(5), Florida Administrative Code. These responses contain sensitive business information relating to competitive interests, and the public disclosure of this information would impair the competitive of Evercom. Thus, this information should be held exempt from the public disclosure -usiness CTR requirements of section 119.07, Florida Statutes. Moreover, the document, which is Bates Numbered as 00275, contains Sensitive .\Proprietary Information that should not be disclosed to any person or party, notwithstanding the existence of a confidentiality/protective agreement.
