with Adams County Jail. Although the contract wa signed in February 2005, it
actually took effect on April 6, 2005 because the cortract for the then current vendor
did not expire until the end of March and the first u~fage of our phones took place in
Apri l 2005. (Please see contract attachment letter.
With reference to Paragraph 6 on the attached Inm ~te Phones Vending Agreement,
the initial contract term is for 60 months from the fir t usage of the inmate phones
and continues for two successive 2-year rollover pE riods unless and until either party
notifies the other in writing of its intent to terminate t least gO days prior to expiration
of the then current term. This current term is up on April S, 2010. Therefore , on
January 5 , 2010, the contract ro lled over for anothe r 2-year term - new expiration
date of the contract is now AprilS , 2012.

This Agreement is entered into between INMATE COMM UN ICATI NS CORPORATION (ICC), a California
corporation. and ADAMS COlD/TY JA IL (CUSTOMER) to eStabl]'Sa vending arrangement regarding Ih. installation
and operation oftelephones for inmate use (lNMATEPHONES) at

I.
CUSTOMER hereby grants ICC an exc lusive lice
to install and operate INMATE PHONES at tile

safety or security reasons. CUSTOMER shall not itself. nor shall it
INMATE PHONES wilhoull CC's wTilten consenL ICC shall comply vith any reasonable requesl by CUSTOMER to
