RE: GTL Subcontract Notification
Dear Mr. Gickler:
The State of Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction accepts the addition of Coopers
Communication Group as a subcontractor for the prime contract between Global Tel"'Link, the
successor in interest to the MCI WorIdCom Communications, Inc. contract dated February 25,
2005.
Global Tel*Link and Coopers Communications Group will continue to provide service,
maintenance and repair as outlined in the contract stated above.
