The Proposer's rates charged to the called party for collect calls outside of Ohio including Puerto
Rico, Virgin Island, Guam, and Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, regulated by the
FCC, shall neither be equal to nor exceed the tariff per minute rate of $0.88 for collect long
distance calls and shall neither be equal to nor exceed the surcharge rate of $3.94 for Inmate
Class of Service Operator Station Collect The Proposer shall propose only one (1) interstate per
minute rate which is lower than $0.88 and only one (1) surcharge rate which is lower than $3.94.
The Proposer shall not propose an alternate collect interstate per minute rate and surcharge as
an option. The Proposer's interstate tariff rate and surcharge shall remain fixed for the term of the
contract and shall never be increased, but may be lowered with OORe Project Representative's
written consent.
Additionally, the interstate tariff rates will be filed as necessary and are exclusive of: federal, state
and local sales, use, excise, utility and gross receipts taxes; other similar tax-like charges; taxrelated surcharges; and other tariff charges.
