Dear Mr. Fowler,
Thank you for speaking with me today. For our state-by-state survey, we are seeking the
commission revenue received by North Carolina from its inmate phone contract, for 2008
(either FY or calendar depending on your accounting system). If similar data can be
provided for 2007 and 2009 that would be useful too, but as most of our other data is
from 2008, we want to provide an apples-to-apples comparison in our survey.
