Intra - $2.25 + $0.30/min.

Absolutely. We are conducting a survey of prison phone rates among the 50 states, including rate
structures for collect local, intrastate and interstate calls, and compiling this data into a comparison table.
We currently do not have rate information for 4 states, including Indiana. I would be glad to provide you
with a copy of our comparison data, of course, which will be useful in contrasting various phone rates in
different prison systems.

Dear Mr. Garner,
Thank you for speaking with me. To recap, I am seeking the rate information for phone calls made by
prisoners using the IDOC's inmate phone system (which I believe is contracted through Global Tel
Link). Specially, I am seeking the phone rates for local, intrastate and interstate calls -- collect calls only,
including both connection charges and per-minute rates, if applicable.
