This contract amendment and the provisions hereof are hereby attached
to and made part of that certain State of Idaho contract number CPO
1083. for INMATE PHONE SERVICES, for the IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF
CORRECTIONS, dated DECEMBER 12, 2001, between MCI
WORLDCOM COMMUNICATIONS INC, as "Contractor" and the State of
Idaho as "State. It Contractor and State hereby agree as follows:
All of the tenns and conditions contained In the Contract shall remain in
fuJI force and effect. except as expressly modified herein. The effective
date of this Amendment is FEBRUARY 5, 2002.
The contract is AMENDED to reflect a correction in the Franchise Fee
from $92,000 per month to $92,500 per month per the State of Idaho RFP
(ITB01163), and MCI WorfdCom Communications, Inc, response to the
RFP (ITB01163).
