This contract is effective June 6 1 2017 between the State of Alabama, Finance Department, Information
Services Division {ISO) and Centurylink Public Communications, Inc.
For valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:
The parties agree to an em ergency contract with the same terms and condit ions as the current
TA4974012222 contract, set to expire June S, 2017. The period of the emergency contract will be from
June 61 2017 until inmate and public pay telephone service has been awarded via a new State contract,
not to exceed 12 months from the award date of this new Agreement.
