As per our implementation discussions, the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services
wishes to use the options available on the above contract as follows:
Current per minute rate
GTL provides up to 5400 secure tables
GTL provides table cabling & infrastructure $.02
Mobile IQ Contraband Cell Phone Interdiction

Effective May 1, 2017 per minute rate
$.0625
$.01
GTL will have available as options for NDCS: games, music, e-book, newsfeed, FM radio, TV
audio and podcasts. NDCS is not obligated to provide these options from GTL. No option will
be implemented for this contract without written mutual agreement.
