AMENDMENT# 1 TO
INMATE CALLING SERVICE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
GLOBAL TEL*LINK CORPORATION
AND
MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
AS CONTRACTING AGENT FOR THE
MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS
(ORIGINAL PROJECT #42073)
This document (hereinafter referred to as "Amendment Number 1") shall serve to amend the
original Inmate Calling Service Agreement executed on February 29, 2016 (hereinafter referred
to as ..Agreement;, between Global Tel*Link Corporation. a Delaware corporation having its
principal place of bustness at 2609 Cameron Street. Mobile, Alabama 36607 (hereinafter
referred to as "Contractor"), and the Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services
having its principal place of business at 3771 Eastwood Drive, Jackson, Mississippi 39211
(hereinafter referred to as •ffSA). as contracting agent for the Mississippi Department of
Corrections located at 633 North State Street, Jackson, Mississippi 39202 (hereinafter referred
to as "Customer").
NOW THEREFORE, ITS, Customer. and Contractor, by ~ntering into this Amendment Number
1, mutually agree that the following provisions shall modify the aforementioned Agreement:
The Exhibit A in the Agreement erroneously omitted the Per Minute Charge call rate which will
take effect March 17, 2016. Rather than listing the rate, the Agreement stated uN/A". The parties
hereby agree to enter into this Amendment Number 1 so as to reflect the accurate per minute
charge In the Exhibit A. The Exhibit A In the Agreement shall therefore be and hereby is
replaced by Exhibit A-1 which is attached to this Amendment Number 1 and incorporated herein
by reference. All references in the Agreement to "Exhibit A", shall be and hereby are revised to
read ftExhibit A-1".

All other terms and conditions of the Agreement executed on February 29, 2016, shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.

Single-Pay Billing Arrangements. The Contractor may permit consumers to purchase inmate
telephone service on a collect call basis through third-party billing arrangements that allow
consumers to pay for a single inmate telephone service call using their debit or credit card or to
bill the cost of a single inmate telephone service call to their mobile phone account. When a
consumer chooses to pay for a single inmate telephone service call using either of these
methods, the charge will be any applicable transaction and third-party provider fee, plus the
applicable inmate telephone service per-minute rate set forth above.
