TfilS THIRD AMENDMENT is made and entered into this 27-+hday of November, 2017 and is to
that certain Agreement made and entered into on the 8th day of December, 2014 between Securus
Technologies, Inc. whose adda-ess is 4000 International Parkway, Can-oHton, Texas 75007, hereinafter
refell'ed to as 'PROVIDER,, and Dennis M. Lemma, Seminole County Sheriff, whose address is 100
Eslinger Way, Sanford, FL 32773, hereinafter referred to as "SHERIFP.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, PROVIDER and SHERIFF entered into the above referenced Agreement on
December 14, 2014, for Inmate Telephone Services; and

WHEREAS, the above referenced Agreement is due to expire on December 7, 2017 un1ess
renewed by mutual written consent of both parties; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement so as to enable both parties to continue
to eajoy the mutual benefits it provides.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual understandings and agreements contained
herein, the parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows:

Per Section l - Term of the original Agreement, both parties consent to the one year renewal of
the Agreement. The new expiration date of the Agreement will be December 7, 2018.

2.

Except as herein modified, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force
and effect for the term of the Agreement, as originally set forth in said Agreement.
