Modification to add the Ross-Cash Center to the list of institutions operated by the Kentucky Department of Corrections
(KYDOC). The Ross-Cash Center was formerly a part of the Western Kentucky Correctional Complex (WKCC) that provided
custody for female inmates. However, the WKCC will be converted into two distinct facilities – one for males and one for
females. Services provided to KYDOC under this agreement shall include the Ross-Cash Center; upon the beginning of its
operations (date TBD 2015). The Ross-Cash Center will operate as 200 bed minimum custody until for female inmates located
on the grounds of the Western KY Correctional Complex (WKCC). WKCC will convert, upon the opening of the Ross-Cash
Center, to a 470 bed secure custody facility for male inmates. See header for documentation. SNoland
