made available to inmates who do not have access to posted copies.
TO ALL INMATES
Today, March 16, 2016, the FCC published a Public Notice (DA 16-280) which clarified the U.S. Court
of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit Stay, mentioned in Inmate Notice #08-16. As a result, the existing
inmate calling rates are revised as noted below.
These rates are effective March 17, 2016, and they will remain in place until further notice.
